Safety is Incorp's highest priority. The Incorp Safety Policy requires that every employee attend our rigorous safety training programs, and maintain the highest safety standards through all phases of each project. Our Safety Manager reports directly to the President, and implements and oversees our Safety Policy. Continuing education is also required for all Incorp staff. We use both inside and outside resources to teach continuing-education topics, including:
In addition, we thoroughly screen all Incorp employees for adherence to our strict substance abuse policies. Incorp maintains a very low EMR, well below the industry averages. EMR, or Experience Modification Rate, is a standard measure of a company's safety record. A lower EMR is the result of a low number of work-place accidents, and results in lower insurance premiums. The industry standard EMR is 1.0. At the time of this writing, the Incorp EMR is 0.74! |
