Insulation and Lagging

It takes a wide range of experience to make insulation blankets; sheet metal, welding, and insulation. Incorp specializes in making insulation that works and fits well. Our multi-craft tradesmen handle the work of three specialists, saving you time and money. We're local, and we have the capabilities to build these blankets on site. We can also fabricate them in our shop and ship them to your facility for installation.

Turbine Insulation

A turbine blanket consists of layers of insulation, starting with stainless steel mesh on the bottom, two layers of insulation, and a coated cover on top. This is sewn together with stainless steel hog rings, clipped together with pins, and made to fit around the turbine. You cannot have even a tiny bit of space, or the blanket will fail. We make turbine pads right.

Removable Blankets

Whether you call them removable blankets or replaceable covers, the purpose is the same; to provide insulation that can be reused after servicing the underlying equipment. We create removable blankets for industrial equipment such as pipelines, valves, flanges, or turbines. With removable blankets, you don't have to rebuild the insulation every time you perform maintenance.

Scaffolding Services

Incorp provides scaffolding for industrial maintenance projects as well as for new industrial construction. Our scaffolding services provide access, protection, or support to new or existing structures. We erect and dismantle all types of scaffolding including:

tube & clamp scaffolding

Abatement Protocols

Incorp provides lead and asbestos abatement services for commercial and residential environments.

Our specialists are trained and licensed to handle the entire process, from survey to removal. We collect and analyze samples to evaluate any lead or asbestos contamination, and provide repair, encapsulation, removal and enclosure services. We also provide air monitoring technicians and comply with all regulations.

Certified Insulation Energy Appraisals

Incorp is certified by the National Insulation Association to provide qualified insulation appraisers. We survey your facility to identify equipment that would operate more efficiently with new or improved insulation. You can use the audit results to evaluate the costs and potential payback for any insulation project.
